To get the time for a meeting take the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) number and look the time up in one of the following two tables.

For example:  If the meeting time is 2-3AM GMT, on Tuesday and you are in the Central Time Zone of the US and its Winter, use the upper table.  The meeting time is 8-9PM CST, on Monday.  If it was summer, when most of the US is Daylight Saving Time, you subtract 1 hour from the GMT time and use the lower table.  So the Monday meeting would start at 1AM GMT, which is 8-9PM CDT.
